Strengths

Here are some of the strengths that I use in a business setting. These skills are based on the Clifton Strengths Assessment. CliftonStrengths is an assessment and reporting system designed to help individuals learn about their most dominant talents and how to use them to fulfill their potential. Here are the top three on my list, as well as a comprehensive report of what they mean.

Winning Others Over

My dominant strength is Winning Others Over. This means I am energized by the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. I derive real satisfaction from successfully breaking the ice and establishing a connection. I see no strangers in the world, only friends I haven’t met yet. I am naturally drawn to encountering new people and gaining their esteem. When I enter a crowd, I know instinctively what to do and say, and I may even be hardwired to initiate discussions with those I don't know.

Belief

Belief, my second-highest strength, helps me make things happen by providing a moral compass. I have certain unchanging core values, and these ideals emerge to define the purpose of my life. This strong sense of mission gives my life meaning and direction, because I define success as being about more than just money and prestige. This consistency in my priorities allows others to view me as dependable and trustworthy. I have an exceptional desire to live a life that matters and leave a legacy of value and worth. I am often compelled to place the well-being and needs of others ahead of my own, sometimes throwing myself into my work even when it is personally inconvenient

Relator

Relator is my third-highest strength. This means I enjoy close relationships and find deep satisfaction in working intensely with my friends to achieve a common goal. While I don't shy away from meeting new people, I derive great pleasure and strength from being around those I already know, and I form close, authentic relationships. Good times with others are enjoyable, but being with my closest friends is often unforgettable. I may tend to form communities by bringing acquaintances into my network to build a group of like-minded friends who support each other
